Return or Exchanges

Bordallo Outdoor Products, Inc. offers a simple 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Within 30 days of receipt of your order you may return or exchange any detector or accessory for a full refund, as long as all items are new, unused, unassembled, in the original unopened packaging, with the manufacturer’s warranty and instruction manual.  When you are returning products, return shipping, insurance, etc. are your responsibility. If your detector was shipped under a free shipping promotion, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If preferred, you can get the refund in the form of store credit.

If the return is a result of our error or if the item is defective (out of the box), please send it back within 14 days of purchase for an exchange. We will pay the shipping costs.

If you are returning an item that has been opened or used, but not damaged within the 30-day period, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We are unable to accept opened or used item after the 30-day period.

Return Process

For your return or exchange to be processed, 3 simple steps must be completed.

1. E-Mail needs to be sent to bordallooutdoorproducts@gmail.com

Info to include on the E-Mail should be:

• Order number
• Full Name
• Address
• Reason for your return.

1. We will contact you within 48-72 hours to provide return instructions and a pre-paid FedEx Ground or USPS domestic label to ship the items back to us.
2. You are expected to pack the items securely and attach this label to your package to send them back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48-72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
